# Bild-Stage Doubling + Outfit Fix (2026-07-23)
## Problem
e2e-Clip Master-Gate FAIL: doppeltes Subjekt (2 Frauen) + Bikini statt Kleid. Ursache im Basis-Standbild @720x1280.
KORREKTUR: realisticVisionV51 = SD1.5 (nicht SDXL). SD1.5 doubelt bei zu hoher nativer Portrait-Res.
## Fix (main.py, Video-Job-Basis-Still scoped ~Zeile 901)
- Aufloesung 720x1280 -> 512x896 (SD1.5-Sweetspot + exakt Video-Ratio 4:7, Wan skaliert eh dahin).
- positive += "solo, single woman, one person alone".
- negative += "two people, multiple people, twins, extra person, second person, group, bikini, lingerie, swimsuit, underwear".
py_compile OK, Backup main.py.bak-imgfix-*, Neustart 07:19:07.
## Gegentest PASS (in 1 Iteration)
Standbild barby_c112973db4_ref: SOLO + blaues knielanges Kleid + Ganzkoerper, keine Deformierung.
Voller e2e barby_video_c112973db4.mp4 (512x896/32fps/95f): done, KEIN Timeout, SOLO+Kleid+Ganzkoerper in Bewegung (YAVG 18,3). Gate PASS -> gestaged fuer Baer-Matrix-Batch.
