Umbau (Baer-DEC A): build_wan_workflow() -> Two-Expert Lightning-4step @512x896 (WAN_UNET_HI/LO + WAN_LORA_HI/LO, KSamplerAdvanced 0..2/2..4, VID-Dims getrennt von Standbild), Timeout 1500->900s. WICHTIG: Live-Entrypoint = main.py (Task BarbyOrchestrator startet main.py), NICHT main_v3_portal.py. Backups main.py.bak-fastpath-20260723-070530. py_compile OK. Neustart frisch (start.log 07:07:22, /health 200). END-TO-END BEWIESEN via POST /generate (job 221d9fbdd0): status=done, prog 1/1, final=barby_video_221d9fbdd0.mp4, KEIN Timeout/Error, ~150-165s (<<900s). Segment 512x896 = Fastpath live. RIFE 49->95/32fps. Matrix erster #17-Beleg: christina_wan_fast_00002.mp4.

[BEFUND Bild-Stage] Master-Gate FAIL (upstream, nicht der Video-Fix)

Doppeltes Subjekt (2 Frauen) schon im Standbild barbystart_221d9fbdd0_1.png @720x1280 = SDXL-Doubling bei nicht-nativer Portrait-Aufloesung. Outfit falsch (Kleid-Prompt -> Bikini). Clip NICHT gepostet (Gate korrekt). Fix-Hypothese: build_image_workflow @720x1280 -> 768x1344 (SDXL-nativ ~1MP, 4:7 wie Video) + solo/single positive + two people/twins negative + Outfit hart auf Kleid.
